These terms govern your use of TAMMIE, operated by SNJ Strategic Solutions. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
TAMMIE finds and evaluates funding opportunities, scores them against your organizational profile, and helps you manage applications, deadlines, documents, and writer assignments. Depending on your plan, TAMMIE also provides access to human grant writing support.
TAMMIE improves your coverage of the funding landscape and substantially reduces the risk of missing opportunities and deadline changes. It does not guarantee that every opportunity in existence will be identified, that any application will be funded, or that any funder deadline or requirement is accurate as published by third parties. You remain responsible for verifying deadlines and eligibility before submitting, and for the accuracy of what you submit.
Each plan includes a set number of users. Accounts are for named individuals and should not be shared. We may suspend access for non-payment or for use that harms the platform or other customers.
Your organizational information, documents, and application materials remain yours. You grant us permission to process them to operate the service. We may use aggregated, de-identified information to improve matching and reporting, in a form that does not identify your organization.
We work to keep TAMMIE available and current, but the service is provided as is. Discovery depends in part on third-party sources and funder publications that we do not control.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost funding, lost profits, or indirect damages.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to account administrators before they take effect.
